I purchased this watch as a gift, but unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing. I repeatedly contacted Gharri.pk regarding delivery, but the parcel arrived very late. After receiving it, I found that the top-left button is not working and the LED light is extremely dim. I also cannot set the time even after following the instructions and trying to get help from customer support.
The biggest disappointment is that I have contacted customer support for assistance, but I am still not receiving a proper response. After waiting so long for the order, receiving a defective product with no support is extremely frustrating.
I would like to know whether there is a customer support team that can help me return this product and get a refund/replacement. At the moment, I don't know what the next step is, and without support from Gharri.pk, it feels like my money has been wasted.
